He was unable to remove the lug nuts from my vehicle because he did not have the proper tools for the job. Instead of explaining the situation professionally, he became frustrated and directed his attitude toward me. At one point, he said, "You know what? I don't have to be here," and then left without resolving the issue or offering an alternative solution. I understand that some roadside situations can be challenging, but customers should still be treated with respect. A professional technician should arrive with the appropriate equipment or, at the very least, communicate respectfully if they are unable to complete the job.
