They did a full inspection on the tire and told me that the rim actually had cracks on it. The cracks could've possibly been from potholes, curbs, etc. What I liked about that interaction is that they were completely honest with me. They even recommended a nearby shop that was able to weld the rim together. I was extremely satisfied with the service.

Ny last trip they replaced my front rotors which I thought would be expensive. When I got the bill I found they covered the rotors and installation under warranty without even talking to me about it. On another occasion I had a loud rattle only when the car was cold and they found the problem that only required bending a metal bracket near the tailpipe. This car was at the dealer for regular maintenance/ inspection 2weeks ago and their report stated ONLY that the wiper blades COULD be replaced. After an hour and 15 mins I took the vehicle and drove directly to the dealership where they measured the tires, which differed from the "measurement" just done at Tires Unlimited, and ordered the correct single tire for installation tomorrow, at the same price I was initially quoted by Tires Unlimited. Very disappointed that I wasted my time on a sell job and zero service. Not going back to this place.

I brought my car in for new tires and an alignment. After the tires were installed they told me…read morethey broke a tire valve that is linked up with my Tire Pressure Monitor system. Proceeded to replace all my valves with regular valve stems! They replaced perfectly good sensored valve stems and put the wrong one on. They brought my car back in and we're going to charge me for putting the correct valve stems on but I said why would I have to pay for them so they didn't charge me. I left with blinking yellow lights showing that there is a problem with the TPMS. It can not be reset for some reason. I read they maybe are not compatable because they told me they did not replace them with the BMW valves that they ripped off my tires. They also were going to call me when they got the correct equipment to do an alignment but that didn't happen. I called and the manager told me to go somewhere else that they were not going to fix their mistake and will not pay qualified people to fix what their mechanic ripped off my car, "perfectly good sensors". They also said they can't do an alignment and that fancy foreign vehicles are not what they work on but my friend who referred me takes all their foreign vehicles there. Why tell somebody you have the capability to do an alignment when you don't? Okay with that mistake I'll go somewhere else but my valve stem situation is so wrong. Everybody agreed with me but not them. They even tried to say my valve stem was broken when it came in and that was too try and cover themselves because of that was the case they could use any valve stem. So now I'm reporting this I printed out the complaint form that will go to the government agency that deals with this. I would say Pomp's is a pompous company!

The guy took my truck for a ride, and when he got back said "rides like a truck" . I asked if he felt the vibration, he said no. I asked if he could check the balance, he said nothing wrong. You of course can get your tires there, and it's always a good value. But they do so much more. They do just about any repair outside of major engine and transmission work. We have a 12 year old car from a defunct Korean manufacturer and they've found parts and did the work in a big hurry. And that's not all.
