These people are a scam. My girlfriend's son bought a car from them and her son was actually very…read moreclose with them a family friend and sold him a junk car. He had issues with it and took it back several times to get it fixed for several different issues. Not only did he charge to fix it but everything he said they fixed was not fixed at all. Was told he got a new ac compressor and lines put in so the ac would work and guess what that quit working. We told them the back tires were wearing out on the outside edge and that it needed an alignment and new tires. so he did put new tires on the back and said he did an alignment and wouldn't you know it happened again a few months later so that means he didn't do an alignment at all and charged him for it. And the reason he took it to him was bc it's AWD and it being so bad out of alignment when it goes over snow only the car feels like it's a damn boat on the water so it was very dangerous. And again remember this is a 16 year old kid that was supposed to be very close to them. I've seen the shady work they do on cars. Even putting an oil change sticker on and the oil wasn't even changed. We will never ever trust them again. Scam artists

I'm a truck driver from Georgia and had an issue with my truck due to the cold weather. They came…read moreto see what was wrong, thought it might need coolant so they put 2 gallons of WATER in it... that didn't work so he just left and called their tow truck to give me a jump start. They came with NO CABLES... tried what they called a tow jump. Hooked to my truck $$$ went a 100ft still no luck. Finally they had to tow my truck to their shop... put my truck in a warm bay to let it thaw out, charged my batteries still didn't crank so they said they would put me in a room and called Comfort Inn in Jackson come to find out I was paying the bill $135 a night. Told me it might be my starter (unreal) or my fuel pump (unreal). Woke up Saturday and checked out this expensive hotel... returned to their shop and my truck is sitting outside in the cold, left there all night and no one is even there to get me going. So I had to call for me another room found a Super8 for $66 a night... (imagine that) called them and they tell me it will PROBABLY be Monday afternoon... smfh!!! If you're a trucker in need of service you might want to call around. NO ONE IS FRIENDLY... hardly will even speak. Hate to pull the race card but that's the feeling I'm getting... Wyatt did a great job and Dave and Wyatt both worked with me on trying to determine the must fix now and what can wait. Our vehicle ran very smooth after serviced here. Services requested: control arms, pinion seal replacement and valve cover gasket this time around. Of course we'd always like everything to cost less but, great value for what they did. Veteran friendly and they understand when a dad says "I want my daughter to be safe on the road".
