Absolutely horrible experience. Ordered a blueberry scone, which they gave to me as a doughy blob. I tried to get a refund for it as the scone was not cooked and all they told me they were able to do was reheat it. I will never be back to a Mazevo coffee. On top of that, the staff acted like it was my fault for not wanting to eat something basically raw. The service was rude, the food was inedible, and the entire experience was beyond disappointing. Found this just down the street from a Starbucks that had a ridiculously long line. If I lived in Billings, this would be my go-to. It's a very spacious shop- little nooks with various seating arrangements, including a play area for littles and a counter bar. I also noticed a small room that was booked for a birthday party. Very farmhouse/industrial with couches, plants, great art, free Wi-Fi, and board games. Great Vibe. But even better is the coffee. They use locally roasted beans (available to purchase) and handcraft their drinks. I stuck with my usual vanilla latte- delicious- and tried a sip of my son's graham cracker latte- even more delicious. I also recommend the croissant breakfast sandwich. read more

This is way different than some other coffee shops. It has a modern, open design with concrete floors, floor to nearly ceiling windows that let in the natural light, an open coffee bar area, an outside fireplace, lit during the cold weather lending atmosphere even though it's outside, and friendly baristas making good coffee drinks. This location also has a drive-through for the commuters on their way to somewhere else. The wi-fi works great and there are outlets nearly everywhere to keep the electronics charged. This location has a conference room that can be reserved for a small fee for a hour or two. I haven't been to the other locations to know if this is comparable, but whether it is or is not, this is a nice place to relax with friends and a cup of coffee, or just by yourself with a cup of coffee. So far been to 3 different locations, 2 were super friendly and quick, the 3rd one not so much. Not a big deal. It happens.

I had been looking to see when they were gonna open for awhile because I absolutely love their drinks and their customer service. Their atmosphere at their other location on Grand is just as warm and inviting. Then I posted on Facebook and a friend told me it would be open soon. The Saturday of their grand opening I took a look on Facebook and it said they were open. I was super excited and knew I had to have me one of their amazing beverages. Went on their Grand Opening day to experience a new to me tea drink at their newest Central Avenue location. It was a sunny, windy day. Upon arrival we noticed their fire pit was going. We walked in to an open seating layout that is warm and welcoming. We looked at their menu options and I decided on their tea drink. It didn't take very long for my drink to be made but while waiting we got to meet two of the families there supporting their grand opening at their new location. Tried my drink when it was ready and it was yummy! Definitely love support local small businesses and Mazevo is definitely the next of my favorites! read more

I love this coffee shop, but their coffee used to be sooo good and it seems like the quality has really slipped. It just doesn't taste as good anymore and it's too expensive for me to justify when it's not exceptional. That and the internet at their 38th St location is terrible. Still my favorite coffee shop in town, I just buy coffee less these days because of those reasons. read more

I love mazevo and being from Bozeman, I had my expectations pretty high for the one here in Billings. We ordered and then sat down. They first were out of a certain type of bagel that we wanted, and were fine with choosing a different one. After sitting down, we were then forgotten and didn't get our drinks and and food until about 20 minutes later. The girl prior to us getting our things, told us they were out again of the bagel and we reordered the bagel flavor, with one they had in stock. They seemed to all have forgotten about us. Our food finally came and it was good! However, the service was pretty poor and the staff had used the front counter made for customers for their belongings. Overall, I will come back but it will be drive thru only for me. read more

the drink is fine but the costumer service is bad. I know people make mistakes and shit but why tf would the worker get annoyed at me for letting them know that they fucked up my orders and wanting to have a remake, oh they don't even give me straws or recipt . Asked for 2 large matcha frappe w whipped cream and a medium raspberry charger. they put whipped cream in the charger instead of the matcha. the matcha literally a medium because It was the same size as my medium charger. And the way they close the window so fast that I couldn't asked for straw or receipt is pissed me off. Food and drink at this place is fine, just their costumer service is bad. read more

I waited at the drive through and no one answered. 15 minutes in the line, finally get to the window. Girl says that will be 3.49 please. I said for what I didn't order. Where is your speaker? No apology nothing. She offers to take my order with 10 card behind me. I drove off. No way, not waiting another 15 minutes and making those behind me wait. Not sure where those good reviews come from but this first and only time was a bust. read more

3 employees working and they all made eye contact with me while I was at the till waiting to purchase my beverage yet nobody seemed interested in taking my order. After a realistic minute of standing at the register, one girl went to the back and started washing dishes, the other girl with blue and black hair put her jacket on and made a personal call and followed her coworker into the back. The gentleman working manned the drive through. After another minute of waiting I walked around the counter and made eye contact with the girl on her phone in the back room. She put her head down and proceeded to resume texting. I walked back to the till waited another minute still no help. I left the counter and sat down to watch the girl with blue and black hair burry her head in her phone for the next hour.
