A people person, she will happily tell you how she made her way from Russia, where she was a doctor, to Billings and started a tea room. It's an interesting story. With a variety of teas, about twenty or so in fruit, green, black, decaf, and not a tea-bag in sight, you can pair your tea with any number of desserts from baklava to cake or cheesecake. The variety changes daily, so getting the rundown of the available deliciousness in the display case is almost a must-have. Also available, for those so inclined, are Russian language lessons.
