I later confirmed with Mitsubishi that the company is not Mitsubishi Diamond Certified and does not appear in their authorized installer database. Unfortunately, I had ongoing issues from the start -- the systems often stopped working, sometimes monthly, and repairs never seemed to fully resolve the problems. At one point, they told me a Mitsubishi technician came to work on the unit, but Mitsubishi had no record of that service. The office staff was always professional and pleasant to deal with, but I felt the ownership was dismissive of my concerns and would not stand behind the work. Three independent contractors who have inspected the systems have told me they found unsafe spliced wiring. Early on, heir technician stated, filters were not installed in the house on installation, months went by with no filter and he stated he believed that could have caused damage to the coils, hence the problem. I never saw that technician again, and from that point forward, my service calls were handled by what seemed to be family members of the owners. I eventually stopped trying to get the systems fixed because I was paying for repeated service visits without seeing results. This has been a very frustrating and expensive experience for me.

No thanks, if the brand new plumbing you put in doesn't work it's your job to make it work for the original price. He completely ignored me from then on. Also he didn't pay any attention at all when I told him where I wanted my shower base installed, had to change my plans because he just jammed it as close to the wall as he possibly could. Also when the water pressure was turned back on, one of the pipe fittings blew open, at least they came back to fix that. Also installed my toilet 2" off the wall, I've never seen one not up against the wall, but now I get to see that every day.

Frank identified many problems with the drawings and found Major unidentified problems in the building the Engineers failed to find before they drew the plans. One problem was a 4" back pitched waste pipe. In an other, Frank made a simple phone call to UGI and found out that the engineer, who draw up the plans, had called for more Natural Gas to supply the HVAC systems than UGI Had at the street.
