About 10-Day's ago now, it was a Thursday evening, I was watching the World Series and out of…read morenowhere, DARKNESS, All the Electric to my house was dead, after calling PP&L and arguing they finally sent out a Tech to look at my line to my house, it was discovered Unbelievably my Reading Meter on the back of my house was over-heating and the box that held it had water corrosion, rust and was compromised, PP&L took my Meter and left me dead in the water until an Electrician would come out on likely short notice that next day, a Friday Morning and could remove my old box, and install a NEW Box with some new wiring so that PP&L could return with my New Meter Reader and install it, seemed like a tall task to ask on short notice but WOW, Shawn Kresge, and his company, Kresge Electric and A/C, came through BIG TIME for me!!! They will FOREVER be my Electrician and I can't say nothing but glowing compliments about the service, the rates and the down to earth good people he had working with him. I have…read morecontacted over 12 electricians and Jim was the most competitive one and even provided free estimates. Several other electrical companies charged over $100 just to come out and do an estimate before even doing any work - I found this to be ridiculous and decided to go with "James Morrow Electrician and Handyman." I can tell you right away that I made a solid decision as that Jim did a great job from the gecko! He was very responsive, professional and explained everything he is going to do over the phone so that I felt comfortable with choosing him as a professional. When he arrived, he was very respectful to the property. He did not mind me watching him install the electrical outlets in my home and explain how the whole system works. Jim did a fantastic job of eliminating one of my existing electrical outlets and moving it up. He also installed a new GFI outlet in my bathroom so that I can hook up my beloved Japan-style bidet toilet. Overall Jim is very knowledgeable and experienced in his electrical work, as well as very meticulous in little details. He takes pride in his job from start to finish to ensure the job is done right the first time. I felt very comfortable with Jim and "James Morrow Electrician and Handyman."
