The food was a 2/10. I ordered through the app which was a pretty good experience BUT the restaurant itself does NOT match that experience. Customer service is a 1. When I pulled up to the drive thru window the employee did not great me just asked for my name. She handed me 4 boxes of food... no bag. I told her I ordered a salad, she brought a random salad to the window, I told her I ordered it a certain way it was remade incorrectly. The fries where cold & not seasoned at all which is the best part about their fries. The atmosphere inside was just as dry as the food & service. read more

They got my order wrong, missing a topping that I paid for and also the condiments that I ordered. the pizza was bland and the sauce has no flavor. If in this area again I will not order from them. Like someone else said the manager is very rude. We had a group of 9 or more people and pushed two tables together. He came over and told us he would appreciate if we didn't do that. Most managers or people that work in a place like this will put the tables together for you.. I guess they don't need our business so we will be taking them off our rotation. This is sad because they don't have that much business anyway. I told a friend about this and she said that she and another girl placed an order on line and when she went to pick it up this same manager told her he would appreciate them not ordering online again. I only put this star on here because I had to. Worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered the buffet with my family and got some pepporoni pizza that was on the bar. About 5 mins after I sat down the manager came up to me and very rudely told me how wrong I was for eating a pizza that had been ordered by someone else. I had no idea it was someone who elses. It was out on the buffet bar so how was I suppose to know it wasn't suppose to be eaten. Then he proceeded to come back and tell me again how wrong that I was. He also said " if they're mad,it's not my fault, it's yours" again the pizza was on the bar. He also started running his mouth about me (a customer) to his staff Worst service I have ever had. Iam not one to complain.but our service was so poor today. We paid at least 70.00 for our party. The tables were dirty. Only half a surpreme pizza was on the buffet plus a taco pizza. That was all. We waited and waited hoping more pizza would be brought out. Nothing, i asked for a pepperoni pizza. One was brought out. I asked for cinnamon sticks, a half order was brought out! My brother had asked for something. ( The Manager) says were closing this down! Excuse me RUDE! We did not get our money's worth!! Not a bad choice for pizza. I wouldn't say it's authentic Italian cuisine, but it's tasty, clean, fast and friendly.

The pizza is acceptable but by far not great. The head guy, Keith Sullivan, was very rude not only to customers, but to his workers as well. There were workers spraying for cock roaches in the kitchen while I ate. It was an overall bad choice read more
