I have long frizzy hair so I opted for the extended blow out and anti frizz application. There was a look book that I got to select from and I chose the beach wave with additional volume near the crown of my head. I was happy with the results and I got compliments at the wedding! So happy I added the anti frizz applied action bc my hair really looked fabulous even in this humid weather! She was transparent from the beginning and let me know that she had an appointment right before mine and that depending on where I was located, she may not be able to meet my time request. She quickly determined that I was within 5 minutes from her other appointment so she would be able to get to me in time. I proceeded to pay my deposit and I also received several texts and emails leading up to my appointment to confirm. On the day of, Kristin arrived early! Finding the location I almost missed it than goodness there was a place to turn around to go back. Be prepared to park tight because the parking is very close quarters if you drive a vehicle like mine (big). I had made an appointment over the phone which is encouraged. So checking in made it easy and the young lady was very polite. It didn't take long to get started my stylist knew I was there first for a consultation and if I liked what we talked about we would proceed or I would make an appointment for a later time. As you can see I didn't waste anytime after we chatted about what I wanted and what she could do, Gracie made my hair look amazing. I am really happy. She really listened to my vision and what I wanted and got a feel for my skin type.
