She stated she would speak with her supervisor about how to get my money back to me and reassured me I would hear from her. it's been almost two weeks. I've left several messages for her and have not gotten any return on my call nor do I have my money she promised me. My return of $1090 is all theirs except $378 they left me. The computer screen said I would get $578 of my return. Being avoided makes them look like they decided to be thieves and keep the money. DO NOT LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU! GO TO JACKSON HEWITT!!!
