I went with them due to a glowing review from a friend who has used them 2 times. They were on time, efficient and very detailed oriented. They also finished in the time they told me it would take to complete. As far as the completed job? Absolutely perfect. Did they do what they said they would do? No. They did far more than they said. They found several small details that needed to be addressed that were not discussed and took care of them with no extra charge. The job came out fantastic!! I highly recommend them.

They have NO SHOWED on 4 separate occasions, over a period of 3 weeks. They do not answer the phone or they tell you they're on their way and then never show up. Leaving you sitting around waiting for hours / days / weeks. I feel that I have been more than patient but have still been unable to get the job completed. I have taken multiple days off work and rearranged my schedule to make the days they rescheduled work and then nobody shows up. My house has been torn apart for weeks due to the ongoing scheduling issues. They have left me no choice than to post reviews of this experience and file a complaint. Additionally, within minutes of me and my partner leaving a Google Review they tried to report the review stating that we were not even clients, even though we have screenshots of everything, including all calls, text conversations, and the Zelle payments amounting to $850. Additionally, we just found out that their license is VOID and they are unlicensed - claiming License # 17-P-20764-X and CC # 23-DL-22957-X - 7/22 Wednesday - spoke to office and scheduled the job. - My job was originally scheduled for 9:30am Friday 7/31 - Saturday 8/1. - 7/31 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and texted all day Friday. Kept being told someone would be here within 1-2 hours. Nobody ever came. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/7 - Saturday 8/8. - 8/7 Friday - Trey showed up. - 8/8 Saturday - Nobody showed up. Again, I called and texted all day with little to no responses. Saturday night at 7:30pm Wayne showed up and said it would take him at least 5 hours to complete - that would've been 1am. He left and said someone would come back Monday. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Monday 8/10. - 8/10 Monday - Trey showed up late around 11am. He stayed and worked through the day, however, did not get the ceiling to a smooth finish and decided to paint it anyway. I pointed out all of the bubbles and cracks and he attempted to repair while the paint was still wet. Obviously this did not work. I called the owner, David, and expressed my concerns and was told it would be fixed. It was not. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/14. - 8/14 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and spoke to the office. She said the crew was dropping someone off and that they were on their way. She stated someone would be here before Noon. Still nobody showed up. I have been calling and texting all day with no response from the owner or the office!

They seemed to be go getters and they were very responsive. I actually went with them over other higher priced companies, simply because I was impressed with how they presented themselves. Unfortunately though, even though the guys were well qualified painters, our experience turned sour as time went on. After finishing the interior on job site # 1 in a reasonable amount of time, they skipped the patio roof there and started on the exterior at job site # 2. The exterior at job 2 took much longer than expected. To be fair, weather and their company's Covid complications did play a part in the delays. But on the other hand there were also days where there was a 'chance of rain' that turned out to be nothing and no work was done. There were also a few no show days, where no work was done for no particular reason. These lost days totally sucked. As the job site sat inactive, our house was all wrapped up in opaque plastic to protect the windows. We literally couldn't see anything outside. As the days dragged on and on with no progress, this became pretty irritating. Anyway, they finally got some traction and the exterior at job 2 was eventually finished. At that time, the plan was for them to head back over to job 1 and finish the patio roof. I checked in multiple times over the next few days to see what was going on, but they never started. In fact, they missed multiple promised dates for completion and all I got was excuses. After a while I just gave up. Florida Painting and Design abandoned us and the work we agreed on and they didn't appear to care. For a job that cost over $8000 total, to say that I am disappointed in how this came to a close is an understatement. Overall 3 stars. They undoubtedly do quality painting, however I actually wouldn't recommend them because of the unfinished job, missed deadlines, and lack of communication towards the end of our project.

The sales conversation sounded confident and professional -- lots of big talk and "we've got you covered." Unfortunately, the results did not match what was promised. The swale was not done correctly. The grading/slope did not function as it should and was crumbling since day one, and the finished work looked rushed and sloppy. I have photo evidence showing the issue clearly. Spoke with Craig he came out and looked at it and agreed to redo to swale and that he would be back. When I reached out to Craig to fix it and redo the swale properly, after the first no show I didn't get solutions I got excuses. After multiple attempts to get him back out to correct his own work, communication became inconsistent and eventually he stopped responding entirely. He never came back to redo the job. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish: - Craftsmanship was poor - Work was not completed correctly - No accountability - Unprofessional follow-up - Ghosted after I requested the fix I'm leaving this review to warn others: get everything in writing, don't rely on promises, and don't assume they'll stand behind their work once payment is made. I regret choosing Krypto Blast and would not recommend them based on my experience.

Work was average at best and somewhat sloppy. The sealcoating was applied so quickly and thinly it almost looked like paint. It didn't fill in cracks at all and it didn't last. I had to have it redone a few months later. The only reason I had him do the work in the first place is because he was the only company that would make the repairs, as opposed to replacing the drive. I scheduled an appointment and was given a window of time between 1-5 PM, but after two full days of waiting, no one ever showed up or called me to update me on their status. To make matters worse, I had to get Deco Dry's contact information from my association just to reach out and try to reschedule. I work from home, so I made sure to be available during the entire window. At one point, I received a missed call but never heard a knock on my door--when I called back, I was told they had already left and would need to reschedule. On the second attempt, the same thing happened: no call, no show. When I spoke with Rose from Deco Dry, she was rude and dismissive, telling me that "in Miami, they never get to places at the exact time," and that's why they give a window. However, they never once called me to communicate any delays or issues, which is unacceptable. If you schedule an appointment, you should respect your customer's time--either show up as agreed, or at the very least, call ahead to let them know if there's a delay or problem. Making excuses about traffic or accidents without any communication is not professional. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Deco Dry to anyone looking for reliable or respectful service.

Their team is reliable, honest, and so responsive that I felt like I was some sort of VIP. From the start I found their quotes to be reasonable, and it was clear that the attention to detail they gave set them above the rest. Never once have I heard anybody give them anything but praise because they do live up to the standards we all expect. When they say you're home is your temple, they certainly treat it like that.

I tried to contact the Captians Painter for 6 months before they reluctantly responded to my concerns and sent a painter to do some touch ups. At this time, the painter and I found many other areas where poor paint coverage were discovered. Now less than 1 year later there are more areas where paint is peeling on the walls, soffit, and facia. I recommend you do not hire The Captains Painter. They did very poor preperation and painting work at my home. I am no hiring another contractor to repaint the areas that are peeling. This is very disappointing.
