I replied to ask about the timeline for scheduling, as I was kind of in a rush due to some other work needing to be done that hinged on the mirror removal. I had managed to stupidly smash a huge mirror in what is one of my all-mirrored walls. Ugh! I had thought it would cost thousands of dollars to repair if in fact it could be repaired. But neither turned out to be the case. Based upon the very good advice of my handyman, Brian Clerkin, I gave Manor Mirror a call and I quickly got a rough quote over the phone followed up by a visit from one of their very able workmen, who took all the proper measurements including one for an electrical wall plugin. And, when it came to installation, his measurements turned out to be spot-on perfect. Within less than a week, Manor Mirror gave me a call to set up a time and date to remove the old broken mirror along with its beveling and install the new mirror and new mirror beveling. When they arrived everything went so slick, professional, and quick, I was amazed. It all seemed so easy and went so perfectly. But the best surprise for me was the price. It was totally reasonable. I was told that they could have someone come out the next day. The technician who came out informed me that we would have to replace the ancient AC that we inherited when we bought the house after going up and inspecting the unit/damage. We were expecting to replace the AC sometime so we weren't too surprised, but I thought it was great that he actually took a video of the condition to show me. (Back story: Techs from Richie Rich came out twice before for this AC when it stopped cooling and were able to prolong its life for a year until it finally gave out. They were recommended by a local developer as they also do commercial properties.) We scheduled for a replacement the next day and the guys came out first thing in the morning. At one point, I think I had 5-6 guys around working in the attic and outside to get the job done quickly. They were super conscientious about keeping the area clean of insulation and debris. They were also really great sports when a bunch of the water in the drain pan came raining down on them. I was impressed with their work and appreciate how communicative and friendly they were -- impressed enough that I am writing this review on Christmas night because I just realized I forgot to finish my review. We've had our new AC for a couple weeks now and it works better than before. I'd recommend these guys without hesitation.
