At first I was somewhat skeptical of reiki, but after having two sessions I'm a full convert. In my view, reiki helps clear out negative energies that might be stuck inside your body. These energies can lead to depression, pains in the body, and a general feeling of anxiety. The reiki practioner targets these energies and helps release them. Janet talked with me first about my needs and hopes for the session, and asked me to remain flexible with the outcome--and I'm glad she did because more was released than I ever thought possible. First time I came in for a conch piercing and an upper cartilage. The staff did my cartilage first…read moreand I asked if the conch was going to hurt as much as the cartilage just did and got a very rude response stating that I shouldn't care if I really wanted it and if I was going to complain they weren't going to do my conch. I promptly shut it and let them do it. They healed fine The next time I went in was to get my third piercing on my lobes. Should be an easy healing process and less painful. These piercings NEVER healed because the staff pierced my ears very low and poorly. Also beware they make you ONLY pay in cash and need to use their atm that has a $5 reduction fee when you withdraw money to pay. Mean atmosphere Do not recommend

I came with another group of friends for their piercings a different time after. The man who did pierce us the last time helped with my friends with their paperwork and a woman pierced them instead.
