We settled on a price and time, and just like the Lion King, "Hakuna Matata," means "Don't worry." Jeff got it done in a jiffy with a smile, and magically produced a great yard that I don't have to hide from the neighbors staring anymore. "Take that, Mrs. Johnson! I asked if he would come back and fix them and offered to pay him for his time and he agreed. He said he would be there the next day but never showed up. I followed up twice more. The second time he responded again and said he was coming but never showed, and the third time he just ghosted me. It was a complete waste of money because my lights looked terrible for Christmas. I was embarrassed to even turn them on. If I wanted janky lights I would've just put them up myself. Lesson learned.

I stop and ask the guys what had happened and why it's destroyed and the guy on the trimmer tells me "I don't give a s*** and that it's not his problem". I send a text with pictures to the owner and they replied back "ok" with no "I'm sorry", no "we'll replace it" or anything close to a resolution. Completely and I mean completely unprofessional. I wouldn't hire this fly by night make shift company even if they were the last lawn mowing company around. They likely don't have insurance and hire illegal immigrants to mow and destroy personal property. Steer clear of this makeshift wanna be landscape company. There's a reason their mowing lawns and not doing actual landscaping projects, they don't have a CLUE what they're doing and simply have no regard for anyone other than themselves.

This company also has no address listed ANYWHERE ONLINE. So good luck finding them. The company chaRGED $50 TO DO A CRAPPY JOB ON MY YARD. It turned out okay because I was home at the time of the "mow" and they phoned their English speaking boss. If I hadn't been home they would have cut the grass way too long and left several places unmowed. (For example, they mowed around the bench in my front yard instead of moving it. Dumb much?) These 2 guys are so out of it that they up and left without being paid!!!! P.S. It really helps bring up your ratings when you tell friends/employees to write and submit positive reviews.
