She gave me rough estimates for two jobs before I officially asked her to help me with this one. She confirmed with me the week before and the day before, and kept in touch with me the day of. She. And prepared with everything she needed! I was working from home that day so she also asked me for a couple of things, but quickly mentioned that she had them out in her car too. She worked diligently for 5 hours!! I couldn't believe that my pantry was the same area. She did a terrific job. Cleaning, re-lining, reorganizing, etc. She checked in with a few times on some items so I could make a determination on them. she also sent me pictures of the items she threw away so I could purchase new ones!! They went above and beyond and did an excellent job cleaning. My house was in very bad shape since I am disabled and cannot do much, so the dust and grime has built up, but they tackled it and were extremely detailed! They even cleaned a few things that were not asked of them which I was very grateful for. I even had a few special requests because I have birds, so I required the use of a few non-toxic, pet-safe cleaners, which they gladly used instead of their own customary products. All of the communication with them has been timely, professional, and they send out reminders as well. I'm so glad I found them and will keep on utilizing their services!
