Miguel and Vanessa are quite a team. they are knowledgeable, professional and really a pleasure to deal with. This was our last and final stop on our bike shopping journey after a long day of disappointing dealerships. We are definitely happy we came here. They have an awesome selection of bikes. Great variety and prices. All bikes have a tag with their information on it, so you don't have to constantly go to somebody when you have a question on something like prices, year or mileage. And even then, Vanessa at the Front desk encourages you to come to her should you need any assistance or have further questions. I can't recommend MC Cycles enough. Not only do they have a great selection of bikes, but their bikes are also in great shape and priced better than anyone else. I bought an FLSTFB Fat Boy Lo that was in near mint condition and priced several thousand less, with fewer miles, than any other dealer. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. Because I don't live near them, I had to have my bike shipped. I was amazed at how quickly and cheaply the bike got to me. Went here with intention to see and possibly purchase a bike we saw on their website. We were ignored until we began to inspect and sit on the bike we came to see. Sales man asked us not to touch the bikes and then left the showroom, never to return. WTF?!?! Needless to say, we did not make a purchase!! Worst service ever.
