This is one of the two scooter rental places in South Beach. This one has more scooters, is more…read moreexpensive than the other one, and takes a larger deposit. It also sells new and used scooters and motorbikes and does repairs, while the other one does not. But more choice in scooters is just ilusory. When we asked if we can choose our scooter, the staff responded that they would choose one for us, and they gave us the worst one. So there is no choice at all. The person working there is quite arogant and when we asked a few questions he started raising his voice.

Our scooter wouldn't start after we at at some restaurant so we walked to the show to let them know. They told us all we had to do was call and they would have come to us so we didn't have to walk. He told us he'd give us a new scooter and he'll deal with the other one. He seemed really concerned we had to walk, but we assured him it was ok because it was only a few blocks. That was really awesome and that made me want to tell y'all about it! Our flight left at 7 am but they didn't open until 10 so they let us park our scooter on the street and leave the keys in the drop box. I really appreciated the helpfulness and flexibility of the staff. The first guy who checked us out gave us some clubs to go to and some ppl to mention if we want to get in for free. Good people, nice rides!

Overall, very dissatisfied with my entire interaction with this company. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. In the end we were left hanging. With their only response being "I already got your money".
