Mr. Reese is more reliable than our own insurance company's towing providers. We only had one or two successful tows with Progressive. And by successful, we mean timely tow truck arrival, and no confusion with if we should be charged or not for the tow. North Star Towing gives you an estimated time of arrival, and adheres to it! If there is anything that throws off that timeline, Mr. Reese will tell you. He is excellent when it comes to communicating with you while he is in transit. We primarily go with North Star Towing because they tow motorcycles, and treat them with kid gloves when loading and unloading them. But North Star also tows standard vehicles.
