We purchased a mobile home 3 years ago and know nothing about cleaning or painting them. Someone gave us Todd's name and number and we figured we try power washing instead of painting. Yes, I am in Flagstaff and I have McGraw Mobile Detailing come up the mountain and detail my vehicle! Why? Todd is reliable, detail oriented, competitively priced, brings his own water and makes my vehicle look like new! Living on a dirt road and having two dogs makes a vehicle a challenge to keep clean! I have had Todd detail my Toyota RAV4 twice, and both times I have been extremely pleased with my vehicle looking great! He gets in the nooks and crannies and does the engine as well! And what blows me away, is that he brings his own water so no matter where you are at, you do not need a water source! It's so nice to have Todd pull up, start working on my vehicle and 5 hours or so later, step out of the house and pretty much have a brand new looking car again! Hello I am writing this review we met Todd 2 years ago, my husband wanted to wash and wax our 5th trailer himself but he is unable to climb ladders and or get on the roof.. we finally 2 years lately we called Todd to recoat our roof and WOW!!!! it's white again like New,we felt bad for Todd doing it the heat and then the following week he came back to wash and wax the Trailer again it Looks WOW, WOW, amazing it shines like brand new...... Extremely disappointed. I spoke with Todd over the phone weeks prior to my appointment. I live in an apartment complex, so I was going to drive my car to a family member's house where he would be able to provide the service. My appointment was at 9:00am. I arrived at the house at 8:52am. When 9:00am hit I had not heard anything. I decided to give him a little time, maybe he was just running late. I kept checking my phone. Finally at 9:13am I grabbed my phone to call him and right then I received a text message, "Hello, I was at the house at 8:57am. Rang the doorbell. No one answered. I put my card on your driver door window." I ran outside and he wasn't there, just a card on my window. I called him and told him the doorbell didn't ring and I had been waiting inside. His response was, "Sorry, it couldn't work out today, but at least you didn't lose any money." I asked him, "So, you can't do my car today?" He said no he was already too far away. I was extremely shocked and very frustrated. I asked, "Why didn't you call me?" He said, "I guess I'm just old school. I ring the doorbell and if you don't answer I leave." What!! Who does business like that? What if someone was using the bathroom or stepped in the backyard to run the trash out? You can't even knock? You can't call before you leave, but you can text afterwards? He said, "I'm sorry, I don't know what else you wanted me to do. Let me know when you want to reschedule." I was beyond livid at this point. I told him, "I'm sorry, but I am extremely disappointed in how you handled this and how you do business and I will not be using you in the future." He then tells me how he doesn't usually work on Saturday's as if that's my fault or I should feel guilty. If he didn't want to work that day, then he shouldn't have offered it when he asked my availability. This is the first time I have ever left a negative review. If I could have left zero stars I would have. Later that day I called around and found someone to do my car and I'm happy I did because I found someone who did an amazing job and was wonderful to work with! I won't be going to anyone else from now on, so thank you Todd for forcing me to find someone better. read more
