I wouldn't recommend this location, employees are disingenuous. For context, my vehicle was at the Mercedes dealership being serviced the day prior to drop off at Penske. When I picked my car up at Penske, my head light was out and they told me 'it was out at drop off, there's no way we could have caused it to go out because we didn't touch it.' The light was not out at drop off and Mercedes would have included that in their inspection report. Come to find out, when they took the vehicle back to fix the mistakes in their paint job and primer oversprays, Derrick owned up to the light being unplugged. No one else could have unplugged it except a Penske employee. I WAS FLAT OUT LIED TO BY MY SERVICE REP. This is one of 6 different other new issues with my car when Penske handed it back to me. I'm glad I asked for a walk around. Extremely disappointing experience.

Orlando's estimate was not the cheapest but it was a lot less than the most expensive by over $3k . They were the nicest and most professional . They explained the whole process. I got the feeling that they cared about me more than the rest of the other shops combined . I looked at some of their finished cars and they all looked perfectly done . I wanted to speak to the general manager and I went in to a wrong door and a guy was sitting there talking to another guy. One of them blew up at me and said I interrupted a meeting. I said sorry but he stormed out and started yelling at the service people that I interrupted his meeting. He then stomped past me and scowled at me. I should not have said anything but I said you don't have to be such a dick. Then he went bananas and started screaming at me to leave and that he was calling the he police. It was absolutely crazy. They lost a customer and I would advise everyone to stay away. There rating of 2 1/2 stars is actually high.

Michael, the owner is a very nice guy. Initially when he looked at my rim, he estimated it would…read moretake about an hour which would've been around $90 but if it took up to two hours it would be $180. Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match .
