Excellent service, honest and professional team and fair pricing. My husband's car bumper fell off and had to be put on again. The job was done on time and the labor fee was very reasonable. There was no upselling which we appreciated very much. We just needed one job done and they did it perfectly. They are open until 5:30pm which was one of the reasons we called them. They also had excellent reviews. Highly recommended!

    End result - PERFECTION!

I'm one of those car guys that is an absolute FREAK about my car and don't like the idea of anyone touching it, driving it, or breathing on it. I don't even like giving the keys to my mechanic and he's my friend! Hunter - The owner has a years of experience in some of the most impressive work I've ever seen. Whatever you want painted and however custom you want it, this shop is fully capable. Now here's where the 6th star comes in. If you don't need a custom job but have a high end car that's needs to have body work or paint repair, it's not going to cost some extremely higher amount than other decent shops just because you're dealing with veteran experts. When I bought my 650i, some asshole with no taste painted it matte black but the mechanics were in such great condition I couldn't refuse the deal. Hunter'z took the car in and promised next time I saw it, I'd think it just rolled off the showroom floor. I was like "yeah right." The man held true to his word!!!! The car looks gorgeous and I've had a lot of compliments on the finished product. Fast forward a month... I go to an exotic car show and a guy in a brand new Ferrari wasn't paying attention and backed right up into me. Dumbass. WELP, back to Hunter'z we go and just as before, I am returned a BMW that looks like brand spanking new. After chatting more with Hunter, I learned he used to do all the Lorinser kits for Schumacher Mercedes, he has extensive experience in repainting and repairing Ferrari's, Lamborghini's, BMW, Audi etc... he's also done helicopters, airplanes, hot rods, golf karts etc...When I picked up my car the 2nd time he was working on a SICK custom hot rod that was getting some insanely detailed paint job. I can't thank Hunter and the crew here enough!

I don't usually take the time to write long reviews, but this experience absolutely deserves it…read more I recently visited Wheel Specialists, Inc., and had the opportunity to work with Gary, the General Manager. What stood out to me was the level of professionalism, character, and leadership Gary demonstrated throughout the entire interaction. There was a very slight misunderstanding regarding the services believed to have been paid for. Now, let's be honest--situations like that can go sideways very quickly. Most places get defensive, frustrated, or even confrontational when a customer believes they're right (even if they might not be entirely correct). I've seen it happen many times. Gary was the complete opposite. Instead of reacting emotionally or becoming demanding, Gary handled the situation with an incredible level of humility and grace. He calmly asked thoughtful questions, took the time to truly understand where I was coming from, and created an environment where the conversation felt respectful and productive--not tense or uncomfortable. That alone is rare. What impressed me even more was his patience and kindness throughout the entire process. There was zero ego involved--just a genuine desire to get clarity and make things right. You can't train that. That's character. Because of the way Gary handled this situation, it completely changed my perspective--not just about the business, but about how powerful it is when someone leads with professionalism, respect, and emotional intelligence. I actually walked away learning something from him. That says a lot. It's very clear why Wheel Specialists, Inc. has Gary in a leadership role. People like him are incredibly valuable to any organization. He represents the company at a very high level, and his approach to customer service is something more businesses should strive for. If you're looking for a place that does high-quality, scratch-free wheel work AND treats customers with respect and professionalism, this is it. And if you get the chance to work with Gary, you'll understand exactly what I'm talking about.

Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match .
