No one likes having to deal with a repair after an accident but it's a necessary evil. After some a-hole decided to hit my truck and then lie about it to his and my insurance company, I ended up here for my repairs. They outlined everything that would happen with the repair and insurance as well as giving me some advice about the likely shady dealings of said a-hole who hit me and my truck was repaired back to better than before condition and delivered when promised. I would absolutely go back here if I needed a repair, though I hope I never have to. read more

Okay James the production manager, John the shop manager and Justin the sales rep are all knowledgeable friendly and overall part of a good product. Would give it five stars as the actual body work came out great except for a few little setbacks listed below. Would still recommend them as they have quality technicians overall a good product. October 2019 After getting a few estimates I took my 2012 Lexus IS350 to Larry Miller for driver side passenger left door, quarter panel and rim damage totaling about $3,100 after I was sideswiped that month in Tempe Arizona. Sometimes things come up but it just depends on how you handle it. After about a week I was told that they need to do a supplement and replace the door skin on the car and it would be ready a few days later but would give me a heads up as soon as it went into paint. Once completed they pulled it into the sunlight so I could review before I picked it up James the production manager stepped up said the paint was a little transparent not up to their standards and they would do what it took to make it perfect so they kept it for a few more days and repainted the door to make it up to their standards. To their credit the pearl white on the door came out and blended great! Five stars So in hindsight at the end of the day the door was fixed the paint came out looking great on the door itself. The few issues that arose - Battery died after the accessory being left on - was under warranty so just inconvenience), I was called and told once it was out of paint but the battery was dead and I was going to be charged $200 for a new battery. I let them know the battery was under warranty and when took the replacement to Larry Miller they plugged it in the accessory was on which is what killed the battery. Not a biggie as it was under warranty and things happen. - Rear Rim reconditioned great and painted or powder coated not 100% exact color as the rest of the wheels but very close. You can't really tell unless you get right up to it. (Would recommend for Larry Miller next time just do the two Wheels on the same side of the car so it wouldn't be noticeable at all.they did an excellent job on a $3,100 repair in the difference of $100 wheel restoration would make a big difference for the aesthetics of the finished product.As you can see from the picture above the wheels were very close so not really holding that against them. Besides James gave me a great wheel guy and as the rest of the Wheels weren't part of the accident I can't really expect them to restore and paint all of them. Just saying for future consider doing the two on the same side of the car if they're not 110% the same color but for me it didn't matter as I'm getting them redone anyway and don't expect to get that for free. . -Final issue was when I was told at the beginning that I would receive a little bit of leftover touch up paint if I brought the car into them. I later found out that is against there policy. Again not a big deal. Just a miscommunication. At the end of the day minus a few annoying setbacks I'm happy with the way things turned out. The door looks great like it's never been in an accident. The guys working there Justin friendly knowledgeable but has his hands tied on what's going on in the shop getting things corrected. James the production manager is the man. Gets things done and is an asset to that company. John the main shop manager was helpful and runs a successful shop that does good work overall and if it wasn't for just a few setbacks would have given it five stars. This could have very easily gone bad with some of the annoying setbacks but it's just how they handled it. Again overall I would recommend this company and have done so to a friend of mine since. They overall do good work minus a few little corks and miscommunications a good body shop. Four stars read more

Alright this is what happens when a customer spends 6800.00 and is not satisfied with the service in every sense of the word . I spoke to Dennis kennealy who was out of the office at the time but he assured me hed call on thur sday so we could get this taken care of and guess what -no one ever called me and we spent 6800.00 The repairs .... they larry miller replaced items that were not bad or damaged 324.00 for 1 rear tail light plus the socket 60.00 i think . Charged for a liftgate w/ camera but they removed everthing off of my old gate including camera and installed it on my new gate. There was animal hair in vehicle we dont own a cat or dog. The roof in the rear was touched by someone mechanic smudges near the lining. The lift gate has an overbite on the left side but NOT on the right side crooked gate . Please look at these photos this is what i got for 6800.00 not even a call back to fix my vehicle .when you think of a shop to do your repairs . I LOVE when a business blows me away with their service. I accidentally went to a wrong location first, so I arrived 30 minutes late for my appointment to drop my car off. They were so nice about it and had someone doing my intake immediately. It only took about 5 minutes and they were very clear about timelines and when they would contact me to update me on the status. I told the girl at the front desk that I would call my rental car company once I was back in from doing the intake, but when I got back she had already done it for me! The rental car company pulled right up and took me to their location. When I returned to pick up my car there were no delays. My car was waiting for me up front - shiny, clean, and perfectly repaired! The service guy went over every detail of what was done and made sure I was happy. I've had some really bad luck with companies damaging my car. I had a car wash dent the side and a windshield replacement go bad ending with a dent in my hood. I love my car and was worried about taking it somewhere to have the damage repaired. James did my quote and showed me around the shop to see where my car would be. So friendly. I knew immediately my car was going to be fixed properly. I got updates on my car every day and it was done quickly. It looks completely new!! I hope my car isn't damaged again in the future, but I love this place. Highly recommend. They also took care of all my rental car stuff. read more

I Called Larry Miller Collision today So I Can get a Estimate and because My Armada was is was Larry Miller Nissan for Service Witch happens to be right Next to the LARRY MILLER COLLISION And the lady that answered the phone at the collision center told me that I would have to come back to Larry Miller Nissan to Drive my Car 1000 feet over to the Collision Center ARE YOU KIDDING ME My Service Adviser told me if I call the Collision Center on Monday that someone could come and get the Armada That is CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE The lady on the phone was rude telling me They are so busy its not going to happen Im glad your Body Shop is flourishing But were is the customer service My girlfriend wanted to take the ARMADA to different Dealership because she knew she could take the Car into the Dealership and Get the Service done and get a Estimate I told her Lets take it To Larry Miller Because I thought you guys could help us and Your Company needed the Business apparently I was Wrong Im going end this with Quote and I hope whoever is reading this Makes some Changes with in your company on how you handle your Customers There is only one boss. They brought it to Larry H Miller Collision in Mesa and once they were finish after $15,000 in repairs. That was not enough $ for them from me. Troy, Zack and another person flat out said if you want your vehicle back you are going to have to come get it in Mesa. Never mind I don't have another vehicle and that I dropped my vehicle off in Avondale. They gave less than a hoot. They were finished with the vehicle and as Troy said "I will pay the $65 to have it towed back or you can come get it in Mesa" and hung up the phone. After talking to 3 other people I had no other choice but to take a lyft and go get my vehicle in Mesa. Stay as far away from these dealers. read more

Scheduled an appointment to have my Altima damage looked at since i thought they specialized in Nissan. What a Joke this place.. The Estimator came out bragging about his experience with Allstate and said he didn't believe their to be damage to my vehicle. (GUESS HE WASN'T LYING ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE WITH ALLSTATE) Once again working for the insurance companies. He began trying to twist my doors stating they just come out of alignment over years of use. Sorry buddy not the case. You can have all the state of the art equipment in the world, but when you have ignorant adjusters the equipment will never pay for itself.
