He arrived on time to the non-emergency appointment scheduled a couple of days after my initial request. Sean was very knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and took the time to answer all of my questions and to inspect bugs that I had never seen before. To my absolute horror, he confirmed that my house indeed had termites and that my c.1890 fieldstone foundation was allowing mouse entry. For a small business, the prices are actually a little more cost effective than larger extermination services. The termite treatment lasts 10 years and is transferable. Pets and my disability were taken into consideration during the initial, specialized treatments for termites, spiders, and mice. Because the house could not be "bug bombed" and certain areas couldn't be treated, he returns every 3 months for monitoring. He notifies me a few days beforehand to let me know when he'll arrive and always takes the time to answer any questions. Started getting the same tech explain some problem issues which was blamed from everything on bad paint to I don't know. Again your time maintenance plan. They missed a lot of stuff such as the whole leading directly to my cellar. An area where paint was peeling I took off the electric plug cover. Was filled with old nesting material. I really should be demanding a refund. I paid before they got down the street. All I ever got was a piece of copper mesh I asked for a couple traps was never given anything. No exclusion. Last tech was very nice but at that point the bait boxes were never changed. Finally found another . No visible droppings in my home. Due to neighbors with animals I have to hire a full-time exterminator. On interviewing new ones the exterminator found the droppings in the bait boxes which I've moved away from my home. That is a lot of money spent for nothing? I did get a deodorizer bag for any type of smell for a closet and a piece of copper mesh and that's it. It was pretty pitiful. Total waste of time money Woman in office very nice that answers the phone all the time the other one as I explained to her what was going on in my house she says that sounds nothing like any type of rat it was everything about any type of rat! He said we use all organics and this stuff works way better than anything else. My daughter wasn't there,or this wouldn't of happened. Eli started spraying his first can all over the the apartment in the air. I asked him shouldn't u spray the baseboards and cracks as they like to hide there. He seemed bothered. Anyway he took his card payment and left. They're was a problem with my bank so he came back by that time my daughter was there she had a few questions for him that he couldn't answer. My daughter is a biten so am I. And his response was fleas don't bite.....is he serious. He scheduled an appointment for 2 weeks out. I was already calling him the same day as nothing happened. He kept saying let it work. Ok so I did. And things just got way worse. I told him his peppermint cans did nothing. So my daughter started looking online til I saw the same product he used NATURAL CARE on amazon for $12 can. I said nothing to him til he came back the following 2 weeks. As soon as he walked in and seen that I had purchased the same cans he used charging me $300 his face turned pale. Then he raised his voice at me and started arguing with my daughter. My daughter said I want a full refund as what u used did not work whatsoever. He said yes it does work I use it all the time. What he is doing is a scam he is purchasing these cans in bulk so he's getting them even cheaper than $12. I love how he said that one needs a special license to get those. I'm still waiting for my refund. After he said that he would at least give me some of my money back. His last words to me were "this isn't McDonald's where u can just get ur money back" Stay far away from this con artist. He takes short cuts. If u want to waste $300 for $24 job by all means call Eli. And for rodents he puts a humane cage than let's the mouse/rat out in ur backyard so it can come right back in. I know this cuz he came from a rodent call and I was curious. This man wasted my time and money. I work hard and I pretty much gave him $300. Please stay far away from this con artist.
