My Samsung Galaxy S9+ phone backing cracked even with a sturdy case. Go figure! The front was fine so I didn't think to look in the back until recently. MC Repair has super high ratings and reviews. I thought I give them a try. So very happy and glad I did. They are located at the Park Centre in the City of Victorville. I called them first to get some information before heading over to the shop. I spoke with Martin. I believe he is the owner. He was very friendly, nice, and helpful over the phone. He was even more so in person. Thanks Martin! I initially ordered and paid for an off market phone backing. It didn't take too long until the part arrived. I returned to the shop for the repair. Fix didn't take very long at all... maybe 20 mins tops. After my phone was fixed, Martin shared with me that he upgraded the phone backing to the original free of charge. I offered to pay for the difference, but he said don't worry about it. Thank you so much Martin for your amazing service, ensuring quality repairs, and going above & beyond! I appreciate it. I contacted MC Repair to replace a battery in my grandson's cell phone. Martin made sure the battery was dead prior to ordering the replacement. I was impressed with Martin's professionalism and excellent communication regarding when the phone was ready, and notification after the battery was delivered and installed. The pricing was fair. MC Repair e-mailed me a quote for the battery replacement on my iPhone 13, it was the same price told to me when I took my phone into him, and the same price charged when I picked up my phone. Martin was very thorough explaining that my battery was weak and had been recharged about twice as many times as normal and that I had gotten a lot of use out of the original battery. He was accurate about how long it was going to take and it was ready for me when I returned. He was professional and he even had pictures of the inside of my phone that showed it was in good condition with everything looking good inside. He was also patient with me when I asked a few questions about my phone and took the time with his explanations and didn't make it seem like an imposition for him to answer questions. He also cleaned my case and iPhone before returning it to me. First time I have used his service, and I made the right choice taking my iPhone to him.
