BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! HE WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY I am a third time customer so I am qualified for what Im about to say. At first everything was good. He was very nice guy and fixed my phone without a problem. We had a good conversation and agreed to do business again Second time I gave a few phones to fix. He promised that it would be done in 2 days then ended up taking a week. I figured he was busy so I let that go. 3rd time. I gave him a decent order. I needed my Sony tablet LCD replaced. IPHONE 7 fixed, and IPHONE 6. Again he says he will get started ASAP and will have everything done in 2 days. I shipped everything packaged safely and even provided additional money for shipping it back. He asked for a yelp review and I gladly did it right away with 5 stars Its been 3 days, I sent a follow up text and he doesnt respond. At this point I'm pretty concerned because I have over $1000 worth of items on the line. He decides to text back the next day saying sorry he was busy at his shop and that he couldnt work on the devices. WHAT?? REALLY? I bit my tongue and told him '' Hey man I dont care if you want to take a week or 2 just communicate with me thats all I ask '' He promised again that he will complete everything tonight. Then sadly another week went by and he still have not finished my orders. I just gave up and demanded everything to be sent back. He sends back all my devices inside a big hollow box with no bubble wrap or anything to protect my equipment. No respect whatsoever for peoples property and my phones STILL WAS NOT EVEN FIXED OR COMPLETED. His policy was that he would only charge if he fixes the phones. He currently owes me money and says he will mail it back to me but blocks my number and also its been almost a month and no refund was sent back. Cracked the back glass on my iPhone 8 Plus so I shopped around for a repair place. Shopping online to buy a new screen kit for an iphone 6 led me to find that there is a glass only replacement option, but also that it is not as simple to replace as the entire Digitizer, LCD and Glass kit is. So I decided to look for a professional to see if it was possible. What I got from this business was just short of being called stupid as they were anything but professionals. The person on the other end of the texts starting saying that they couldn't read my mind about what I wanted and that if I didn't know the process, and that I thought that it came off like tempered glass. They then said that they don't repair iPhones if you don't know the process and I could go somewhere else. I then told them that I knew the Glass only replacement was possible and that's why I had inquired to a professional. That people in general are not going to know the process and that's why they ask professionals so they can be educated not told that they are stupid and that because they don't know how to do the job they are willing to hire someone else to do, that they aren't going to do it. If this is their business then they should educated and no belittle people for questions. They then answered that it made them upset when someone does not know and hard to explain.
