Looks like she just grabbed it and put the scissors through with one swing, it's a straight horizontal line with no shape at all. If you're looking to get a nice Japanese straightening treatment, spend a little more and go somewhere else, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! We're actually pursuing a refund... somehow!
