This is a scam. They will take your money despite no longer being open in South Padre and then make…read moreyou work to get it back. They still have flyers up inside the palace store, at all of the resorts and accept reservations online. When I tried to cancel my reservation, they said to file a claim with my credit card company (so my cc company would cover the loss and they would still get paid). Fraudulent company - don't waste your money or time.
