We booked our appt. Cost was $80.00 per person. We were thrilled! We arrived joked around with the guys who would be taking us out. We got into the boat that would take us out to the dock in the middle of the water, this is the only company who does this from a dock not the back of a boat. MUCH SMOTHER. We got all hooked up! My hubby went first, loved it, I was next never having done this IT WAS PERFECT about 500 feet in the air. The guys took great care of us. The owner of this company was the tow boat driver. Never felt unsafe, if I hada child who wished to do this I would use this company. Great service.

When asked several times if the skis would be there, we were assured they would be. They do not have an actual address so it was very confusing getting to the location. We also had to pay $12 to enter a park in order to get to the location. When we got to the location, they did not have the 3 skis available. Although he told us on the phone we would be set with 3 jet skis, he told us in person when we got there that he only had one due to renting them out to walk ups. Brandon was extremely condescending, demeaning, and unprofessional. After telling us he only had one ski available for 3 people, he then proceeded to ask our ages and cut us off saying that we couldn't ride at all unless we were 21 (the 3 people's ages were 18-24). He then told us condescendingly that we would furthermore need boaters safety in order to ride. We are from out of state, vacationing, so we are not familiar with the TX boater safety laws and he said nothing on the phone to us about making sure we were boater certified before arriving. This was supposed to be the highlight of our entire trip and all of us were very much looking forward to it. We walked away very disappointed.

Aarin is wonderful with teaching kids about not only surfing but also about the importance of taking care of our ocean and the creatures who live there! We knew we had to book with SPI Sessions for our next trip which was this week! Our son had two surf sessions with Gaines! His excitement for surfing and the ocean is contagious! Our son had a blast surfing with Gaines and we look forward to coming back in October and seeing him again! Gaines was very informative with us and let us know exactly how he's doing and the next step type lessons that we can look forward to! All the booking and arrangements were done via text and Aarin has great communication so we knew if there were any location changes or adjustments that needed to be made due to weather! We wish we came during a time when our son could experience one of Aarin's camps! I highly highly recommend this experience! I'm positive their SUP tours would be just as fun and something we hope to do on our next visit as well as surf lessons for our son!
