While towing we noticed our tow bar was losing its integrity, the metal was bending. When we pulled into St. George we wanted to head to target for some camping supplies, we made a sharp turn and BAM, the tow bar welds and metal snapped and then the metal bent as we rolled to a stop. We called 9 welders in St. George, and Tony was the only one who said he would come to us immediately to see the damage. Upon arrival he told us he could repair in 1.5 hours, WOW, what a savior! He kindly allowed my girlfriend (who was learning manual shifting at the time) to drive his work truck (automatic Trans) I drove the baja bug, and he drove my manual truck. We got back to his shop and he told us to go get lunch and come back in an hour. When we got back it was all done and we were ready to get back on the road for our vacation. He saved the day and is truly a master of his craft! Volkswagen enthusiasts you know where to stop if you break down near St. George, Utah.

The gate turned out great, exactly as pictured in the online photo we printed off. The color also was perfect. We elected to pay a little extra for a primer coat to be applied by the powder coating company.
