Big mistake, (apparently this is pretty basic stuff, but hey they're the experts) I spent hours over several days, not to mention penalties, unraveling the mess created by HR Block; all the while leaving messages for a manager to return my calls with no response. After their mistake I was offered an insulting, paltry discount on my invoice! Now when the Block-Heads at corporate read this scathing review, I'm sure they'll reply with their usual canned response suggesting that I contact the customer support team.
