The dental hygienist didn't put a bib around him, so he had toothpaste all on the front of his shirt once she finished brushing his teeth. The actual teeth brushing was only 20 seconds, at most. She didn't even try to help wipe toothpaste off of his shirt and then when i asked for a wipe to clean it off, she handed me a small piece of cotton cloth to wipe bright pink toothpaste off of his shirt. Then we waited for over an hour to see the dentist because she was preoccupied with another procedure. Mind you, we were 1 of 4 other children in there waiting to see the dentist. Overall, this place doesn't seem organized.

I was very upset and had I not travelled back home for this appointment I would have looked for other inexpensive options. I will be sure to check around before visiting here again. Also, I didn't have such a great experience with Dr. Scott. She wasn't friendly at all and seemed very irritated with me explaining my teeth concerns to the point of one of the staff had to translate between us. It was very uncomfortable and I was getting ready to leave until she finally stopped being rude and actually listened to my concerns. Dr. Boyd was always so pleasant and very knowledgeable. I wish I could have seen him instead. However, the other staff was awesome as usual.
