Dr. Bryant is a Christian doctor who is extremely knowledgable and always resolves any health issue for me but also often gone as far as to pray for me. I was very moved by this. Spiritual health and physical health at the same time. The assistants and nurses really go out of their way to smile and make you feel welcome. They are also very textbook when it comes to taking your blood pressure. It is obvious that this office is a run like a tight ship. It is always VERY clean and they also seem to be very organized and are using iPads for record keeping. It is obvious that employees like and are happy with their jobs and care about their patients. I am so thankful that I found this doctor. And I am so thankful for their staff.

My daughter was supposed to be moved to an impatient rehab to relearn how to use her legs. After the Care Manager continued to not send the proper insurance information to the rehab we called and provided it. After complaining to the supervisor the care Manger coerced the doctor into discharging my daughter, who is barely able to walk with a walker. They sent her without a walker and told her they would call the medical supply place to provide her one but never did that either. She is now at home with no walker, not yet in rehab and hoping g the care manager actually called to set up home assistance. I guess they decided they didn't care if they couldn't milk our insurance anymore.

I expected more from this small town eye doctor and his staff…read more Pouring down rain outside and I had to park down the street, so when I was told mask were required, I looked in my bag and did not have one so I said "well I have to run out to my car I might have one in there". She did not even look back up at me, nor did she welcome me when I arrived. On my way out the door the wind was crazy and it was really pouring down now, I noticed a sign framed on the ledge that said "Please where a mask, if you do not have one , one will be provided". Are you kidding me she NEVER offered a mask and knew darn well that it was storming outside and she was going to have me go back out into that weather to see if I had a mask??????????????????????????????????????????????????????? and this is post Covid Unbelievable! Holding the door open I turned and pointed at the sign and said "Do you have a mask I can have?" she put one up on the counter. I took the mask and signed in. Now let's discuss being in the room for the exam, another lady walks me back and lays a file on the table and walks away besides asking for me to follow her she said NOTHING. There was not a "Dr. Bowen will be with you shortly"... NOTHING....Doctor comes in sits down not making eye contact asks some relevant questions about medical history and says I can remove my mask. He does his test and does not make short talk says nothing but instructions to test my eyes. Doesn't ask if I have concerns etc. So, I say " I have a few questions" he says "okay". So, I ask about a medication effecting my eyesight when I take it and is there anything I can do about it. He responds with "don't take the medicine" hands me my file a says she will check you out at the desk and leaves the room. Unbelievably RUDE!!!!!! at least the whole staff is consistent with the poor client services extended. and of coarse the guy at the front wants you to buy frames from him (which are marked up incredibly, a relative of mine is in the eyecare business so I know the sales tactic ) " No Thanks, I will have to come back at another time to do that" is what I said and went straight out of the door. You would think a family business in a small town you would want to welcome a new client .... who knows I might have 6 kids that need exams and glasses. But one thing I do know is I will not be returning to this location ever! I know I won't be missed and that they could care less because they didn't care when I walked in from the very beginning. Maybe they have been in this career to long and need to take up golf or fishing instead.

So I do that and go through the whole paperwork process, now 2 hours past my appointment, I get my blood drawn with a finger poke. I was ignored by the staff when I was asking questions. So after two hours of doing paperwork, I then have to do this 75 question screening. I was discriminated against because I am a recovering addict, the medicines I take, and the fact I had seizures before that I truthfully answered in the 75 questions. So if you want to get paid and to donate, you have to lie on everything. The physical examination literally was just to tell me I have to get off all my meds to be able to donate. I was then basically kicked out because of my health conditions that after researching are not disqualifying factors. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Demand your information to be removed if turned down. I will be making sure this place goes Viral for violating every patient rights law known.
