I am Pennsylvania State Constable, a peace officer or law enforcement officer, whichever you prefer. I ordered a very specific visor light bar for use in my Ford PI for law enforcement work. Three days after I placed the order online I checked the status and it was placed on back order that day and I was never notified. It took me close to a week to get through to something other than a ringing phone that tell's me no one is answering, not even an operator. Finally I used the online chat, and was told that they had completely run out of red LED flashing lights for the light bars and yes apparently every visor light bar, except the cheapest thing they offer that does nothing other than flash, no external control like they advertise or anything else. And I'd get a small refund back, told them no thanks I'll wait and won't ever order anything from you again. Within 5 minutes after I closed the chat they cancelled my order without authorization from me and refunded my money.. I don't know who owns this or what but Please give your money to the homeless or anything else before you even think about sending it to them..
