I'm glad I don't need a car where I'm going next, because the idea of finding a mechanic that I can trust as well as I trust them seems pretty daunting. The good: They're usually done with the job on time, if not early. The price is reasonable. The customer service is excellent! They are straightforward, friendly, and seem to be honest. The bad: There is one single landline phone number, and it's like the one your grandparents have. No call waiting, no option to leave a voicemail if it's busy, just a line with a phone plugged into it. This is a problem because they do a lot of business and 4 out of 5 times I try to call them, the line's busy. Come on, guys, it's 2011. Let's update our phone systems out of the 1970s!

I paid cash to have those these done and told them if there were any added charges/fees I'd put that on CC when they call me later. They called me and told me everything was good except for the turn signal light strip on my passenger side mirror wasn't working so they couldn't pass it and I have to wait for a part to come in. Ok, that's fine and I asked how long it would take for the part to come in. The gentleman stated he wasn't sure, but they'd call me when the part came in so I could setup an appt. Ok, great. 1 Week later I stopped in to check the status on the part and the gentleman said, Oh, your part is here we just have to get you set up for an appt! I also asked if my oil change was done because I paid for it and I saw no sticker on my car anywhere. So, 1) Ok Grrr... Nobody called me but, ok, let's get this done and 2) The gentleman went out to check my oil and it was not changed! So, they scheduled me to come in another week later being today, Thurs 04/30/26, for an oil change and to get the turn signal light strip on the mirror replaced. THEN the gentleman tells me today that my car didn't pass inspection because the left ball joint is loose and the control arm bushings need replaced. So, Why was I Not told this on the 16th?? Now, I have to go back Again on Monday!

Bought this last set of slightly used tires and one had a patch. Ok they did a bad patch and it leaks. Some tire places won't touch it as they would own the problem. So stuck with a slightly leaking tire. wasn't bad when it was cold but the summer heat it's about 3 psi every 5 days. So have to fill it before I leave the house and taking a portable air compressor when I drive far to fill when I stop. Am done with them. Not buying anything else from this company.

I found what I needed online ahead of time and when arrived they were indeed, in stock. Corey offered me a couple other options, just to make sure I knew my options but I felt no pressure to go with different tires. I left very satisfied and passed inspection. Unfortunately, one of my tires was slowly losing air. I would fill it and it would be fine for a week or so, so I kept putting it off. A month after my purchase I decided to go back and get it taken care of, fully expecting to pay for a new tire or repair, since I was 2 weeks beyond their 2 week guaranty. Corey once again was super helpful and put on a new tire for free after realizing their was a small hole. Great service!! Would highly recommend!!

The manager is super nice and eager to take care of you right away. I've been here to get tires plugged or balanced and he charges little or sometimes nothing to do it. I've bought tires and have been happy with the price. My most recent trip was to get tires balanced, but it turns out they needed to be replaced. I wasn't pressured to buy the most expensive and they even threw in a few extras for me! I will be a customer as long as I'm in the area because I can trust this shop to do a good job at a fair price.

I don't know him, never seen him before, and if you think I'm your father, take it up with your mother! So first, I look away, thinking maybe he thinks I'm cute? I called on Friday to get a quote for new tires, they came in $700 under the other quotes I had received for 4 new tires!! They had to order the tires on Friday, but they were in by Saturday morning. Within 24 hours of first calling my tires were on my car well under budget from what I thought I would have to spend!! They were nice as well!! I will always go here for tires now.
