This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. Unfortunately my experience mirrors the other reviewer. We hired BAT in July 2013 to replace our drive. By January 2014 it began to develop pop-offs, cracks and fractures. After months of back and forth (where I was accused of using rock salt etc) the owner (Bernie) finally agreed to replace the drive. In fact the concrete supplier (Ernst) agreed to supply the material for free. Bernie said they'd replace the drive in "early" 2015. I have not heard from him since May 2015. He has not answered a single call, text or email. Extraordinarily unprofessional and would not recommend. UPDATE: I filed a complaint with the BBB but BAT has failed to respond in any way, As a result they have had their BBB accreditation revoked. They are no longer a BBB accredited company. Very sad and very unprofessional.

This company bid to cut my lawn on an app called Greenpal. He showed up several days later than the…read moredate he agreed; then called and said the grass was too high and he would not cut it at the price he quoted on the app. He told me that he was going to contact Greenpal and see what higher price he should charge me, and get back with me that day. He never called me back and never cut my grass. I couldn't reach Greenpal because they have no contact information and no way to report problems with the contractor. I couldn't even hire a new company because M&M just walked away from the job with no notice, leaving me in a major bind. The grass continued to grow taller as I waited over a week for him to call or cut my lawn. Greenpal never followed up. I finally hired another private contractor. Almost two weeks later, I received an email from Greenpal saying M&M canceled all my future contracts and the app was offering me new quotes. I had only hired m&m for one trial job and he didn't do that one. But because he didn't notify Greenpal that he didn't do it, my account remained open. As long as one account is open, you can't take bids for a new contractor. The Greenpal app says he has five stars; that's why I selected him. But you can't leave a review about the company unless they do the work and the app charges you for the service. Don't use Greenpal either. It's just a robot with no way to communicate. It just takes your money. And don't use this company.
