Yet the SERVICE over the last few years has increasingly worse. It seems like anything besides making a deposit is an "issue". I have a few accounts at this Bank. Yet I recently received a new "fee structure" on my account. It irritates me that if I don't have a minimum of $500 direct deposit, I will be charged. I have no controll over the fact that my Employer doesn't offer direct deposit, yet we deposit over $6,000 a month into our account. I realize that we have more then the "minimum" in our account not to be charged, but many people don't who have also been loyal customers. Its bad enough that they don't really want Customers coming into the Lobby to do Banking business and prefer you go through Drive Through unless your applying for a mortgage, yet there are so many inconvenient rules at their Drive Through. Basically they are NOT Customer Friendly or LOYAL to their long standing Customers, and make no effort to keep them, or show any perks as an incentive to stay with them. It it obvious to me that I will no longer be a Customer at this small local community Bank. I will be moving my accounts because of lack of appreciation, loyalty and service..

Now my membership has expired and this company wants me to PAY AGAIN FOR THE SAME RESULTS!!!!. They get you by saying " it takes time for these things to be removed" even though it has already been months with no progress. They also say " we have to send out letters", but it's all lies.
