I had a wonderful experience here, thank you to the amazing staff! Rogers Jewelry is going out of business at the mall in Charleston and they have some really good deals. The prices here a reasonable and the sales associates are not pushy at all. They listen to what you want and provide you with several options that fit your hand size. They have a good selection of diamonds, not the opals I was really looking for but they were cute. Many people come here to get their wedding rings purchased, but I found a really cute 14k necklace that was going from $300 to $20. Steal deal! Try getting in here before they close in April, prices may go down a little more within the next several weeks. They truly have the best diamonds a woman could ask for! I had a mustard seed charm that was terribly tarnished but of significant sentimental value to me. I had a vision of it being placed in a heart shape pendant that would signify that the core of my heart was faith. Amanda was patient and knowledgable. She worked very hard with me to find just the perfect pendant and walked me through the entire process of ordering it. She even kept me in the loop on when I would receive it and the progress being made to make it happen. I left the store but Amanda kept me well informed. I had purchased a 2007 VW Beetle convertible top. I've never owned a convertible so I didn't know…read moreit had a string system that pulls the interior lining when the top was pulled down. All the strings were broken. I also had tears and rubbing in the Drivers side seat in the upholstery. I called everywhere looking for someone to fix the convertible top. Finally I called Terrys Upholstery Unlimited...They had repaired several of the VW Beetle convertibles tops and they also were able to upholster my front seat. I'm just so grateful for each and every person that fixed my car, from Ronnie and Terry to Gary and Brandon, these people were wonderful. They were so helpful, gave me great information, answered all my questions and were very affordable. Ill go back again if I need any additional work.

The top isn't functioning properly and won't go all the way down. I can't even drive it as a convertible. Also can't operate the key fob as designed or open the trunk remotely.
