Also, the atmosphere in the waiting room was conducive to keeping patients occupied and not talking to the staff, or rather that was the impression that I got from the table lined with magazines facing in every direction and the sliding glass window (decorated with notices to patients) that separates the receptionist from the patients. Certainly, the mold, lack of compassionate care, and initial misdiagnosis without confirmation will keep me from coming back.
