I placed a call to the main office, and the gentleman I spoke with was friendly, and took notes of the issues we needed to get fixed. We agreed on a Thursday morning appointment, and the plumber showed up (with face mask) ready to work. In an hour and a half, we had new shut off valves, new bathroom sink faucet, and a working shower in the master bathroom. We also had new PVC piping installed for the kitchen sink with no issues. I asked them if the price included hauling off. the plumbing they were replacing and they agreed to it (except for what was too big and could stay under the house. ). To make a short story , they got "everything" done with 2 guys in one day ( but charged me what would have been reasonable for 3 guys to do in 3 days) so imagine my shock when they had completed it so quickly! I came home that evening to a blocked toilet full of pooh. ehich they sent me running around my house to turn this knowb and that knowb to try and solve. and that is just the start of it.. They massively oversold what was needed , and then did not accomplish even that. They left plumbing material out when I asked for the massive amount they were charging that they not do that. They tried to hide plumbing in my garbage and left another piece behind my garbage hoping I would not fnd it while they were there. They told me they would replace as much pipe as they indicated with a sweeping gesture that it woud be several feet f pipe, but in the end only replaced 12 inches of ipe ( but still charged me for 3 days work and mounds of pipe). They left me with a leak under my tub which they said was not included in the price and which they would have to charge extra for!!! UNBELIEVABLE. THESE GUYS ARE HABITUAL LIARS AND SCHEMERS. Nov/2011: My husband and I have enjoyed our stay here…read more Though somewhat small they are good for just the two of us but they may have a bigger unit then the one we got. The staff are really friendly and they worked with our military contract. We also noticed a lot of military people here. I had some of the best neighbors but like any apartment you never know who you're going to live next to. I like trying to fix things myself but when I did need the maintenance they were always quick to get things done and taken care of. Just some things to know: They do allow 2 pets (with some restrictions) and the laundry facility is on site. I only wished they had laundry hook ups but these are older apartments. If we ever came back to Del Rio we'd probably stay here again or rent a house.
