After contacting them throughout the year, it was finally replaced late in the fall of 2022. Today I was standing near the windows and clearly feel a cold draft coming through almost all of them! What difference does it make if the glass is double paned if the construction of the windows is shoddy? So, low score from me on service and product quality. I will not buy from them again.
