The Great Working with my lawyer Janel Cisneros has been fantastic. She is professional, punctual, keeps her word, and follows up on everything. She was everything I was hoping for in a lawyer, and would I absolutely work with her in the future. Highly recommended! 5/5 The okay The paralegals were very respectful and nice, I'll give them that. But there were some issues with them being asked to make a call or get a form, and then they just don't do it. It was frustrating to say the least, as I had to do a lot of the calling around and legwork in the early parts of the case when I was still recovering. Roswill and Lisa were great, but with the others there were issues. 4/5 The bad Towards the end of my case, I had some legal questions that were not a specialty of my lawyer, so she recommended another lawyer her firm works with named David Don. After calling over a few weeks, so scoffed at me, told me it was unfortunate what happened, but he just didn't want the case. A simple no would of been fine, but this guy just wanted to insult me, and was as rude as possible. This is a BIG red mark on The Husband and Wife Law Firm. Associating with someone who treats your clients like that is very insulting, and makes me question where this law firms morals are. My lawyer apologized later, but still a huge F for both here and Mr. Don. 0/5 Well, after a very long wait I was able to experience working with multiple people in this law firm. Janel was a rockstar, the paralegals have a lot to work with, but need a bit of tweaking on following through (except Roswill and Lisa). The David Don incident was a bad stain on my opinion of this place. But overall I'm giving this place a solid 4/5. I'm putting in 5/5 because yelp giving this place 3 point whatever is way too low, and they honestly deserve something in the 4-5 range. 5/5 range if they stop recommending David Don. Thanks again Janel and say hi to Roswill for me. Enjoy the gift! Edit: I received a call from someone working at the firm to inform me they are no longer recommending Mr. Don, nor are they working with his firm. I sent them…read moreone example of negligence in my case and one strong example of "Failure to Diagnose" that even led to the death of my wife. All they did is send me back a generic rejection letter with absolutely no explanation of why they wouldn't consider getting more information. Attorneys just don't care because if they did they would give a person the reason why they rejected them so they can learn from it for the next attorney they approach with their possible case. Attorneys only care if it's an easy case so their profit margin is higher, at least that's the only conclusion I can come to since not one attorney has given me a reason why they rejected me. Below is the "Failure to Diagnose" information that led to my wife's death I sent them and you people can be the judge and they're might even be people with a similar situation so they'll know ahead of time. My wife had a 5 month history of different infections and went into Banner Thunderbird hospital with CRP and Sed Rate extremely high which either another infection can cause that or things not related to an infection. The only early tests on my wife was a blood culture, tissue biopsy and bone biopsy which were negative but the infectious disease doctor was only "guessing" that it was the previous infection she had and didn't consider any other possibilities and just kept her on broad spectrum antibiotics. In 22 days they never found anything until it was too late and she died from septic shock. If that's not "failure to diagnose" then I don't know what is since Arizona recognizes "Failure to Diagnose" in a malpractice suit. With the infectious disease doctor going only after one theory shows not just failure to diagnose but negligence for not pursuing all avenues of why her health kept deteriorating for 22 days until the day she died

After that I contacted Stone Law Group, the people at stone Law Group were very helpful, from the first contact. They took time to understand what my concerns were and to make sure appointments and follow-up took place in a timely manner. Mr. Stone listen to me and what I was going through before explaining what he could do for me and what my next step would be. He even gave me a timeline for the bankruptcy procedure.
