The owner checked in several times to oversee the work, and had the team add a third coat of paint since the previous color was hard to cover. He even noticed we had a piece of trim by the front door that had recently fallen off. He voluntarily secured and even painted the trim, so it looked good as new and at no charge. Another area we were having problems was the master bathroom toliet area.
