UPDATE*****My case was dismissed!!! No trial (even though Zach was ready). Prosecutor was trying to give me 5 years probation, 5 years protective order for the "victim", 52 weeks of DV classes, gun ownership restricted permanently, and restitution payment to the "victim"-all because of a lie. Thankfully the truth surfaced and the prosecutor dropped the charges against me.
