Do not use Zack Mcready as your attorney. He has proven to be a liar. I am a registered nurse who had previous issues with ex bf and mom. I had a court case for harassing calls. The case took 3 years of my life. I wanted to go to trial and fight this case. Zack ended up making "a deal" with the DA. I was promised if I took anger mgmt classes and paid fines my case would be dismissed. Instead I was wrongfully convicted and now facing NEW charges with my nursing license on the verge of being taken from me. Zack doesn't care about anyone. He screwed me over. read more

From my own personal experience this was the biggest waste of money and faith I had in people. Zack put me on the back burner almost from the moment I met him. In jail he told me " I'm kind of a bad ass" and it was the biggest lie I was ever told. He tricked my 85 year old mother into paying 10% on bail where people were getting out for as little as 1%. Zack McCready blew me off on several occasions once saying to me "I have a murder case I'm dealing with" as if I wasn't a client at all. This is a grade school level of a lawyer office. I'm not just saying this because I lost at trial with Zack McCready as my lawyer but his effort level was insulting considering I paid him over $10,000. Also Zack charged my 85 year old mother $200 extra to have a psychiatrist interview me in jail which never happened and he refuses to give me any proof of anything. No receipts, nothing. First things first I was shocked to get arrested over a warrant i didnt know existed because I've never received any notice about it.. Zach McCready is great! He was extremely helpful in resolving my DUI in California in 2013. He was able to have the courts allow me to complete all of my sentencing requirements in Texas (as I was moving back to Texas a few months after receiving my DUI), and I was able to complete the equivalent class requirement in Texas for a first time DUI, which was only 12 hours of class. He always appeared in court for me, so I never had to do anything at all, and he was also able to remove community service as part of my sentence. I also recently (April 2016) needed all of the documents concerning my DUI, and three years later, he was able to send me all of the documents I needed. He is extremely helpful and caring, and he is excellent at returning phone calls and answering questions in a timely manner. read more
