I told him what I thought the problem was, and he came with the part. He checked it out and I was almost right. But not exactly. So he went and got the necessary items and had me fixed up in no time. Spencer is probably the most soft-spoken man I've ever met. Extremely polite. Very knowledgeable. Very efficient. Plus he didn't seem to mind that I tend to just babble on and on and on and on and on. His fee was extremely reasonable. I will definitely be calling him again.
