Fortunately, a few young fellows helped us find a tow service that knew where we were! We were towed to Carlock and got there after the service dept had closed, but Maurice (I believe he was in sales) replaced the battery in my FOB thinking that might be the problem...it wasn't. The following morning I called Carlock and spoke to August in customer service (I talked to another customer service rep who was also very helpful) and she was wonderful putting me in touch with Billy in the service department. After I delivered my keys to Billy, he got my problem diagnosed and fixed in a matter of hours! I wish I could remember everyone's names who helped me through this, but I am very appreciative that everyone at Carlock was pleasant, professional, and expeditious.

She scheduled it for August 8 at 9:00am said it would take a while. I arrived on August 8 at 8:45 and was told I had no appointment that I could wait but it would be close to 5:00Pm before they could do it. Shawn was off but would not answer their calls. I have hated going to Toyota Carlock the entire time I have had my car--I live an hour away. For most of my visits I have always scheduled to service my self on line, but it always takes at least three hours to get it done. They say they take people with appointments first but it still takes three hours -Oil change or rotation always three hours. I see workers standing around on their phones in the parking lot.
