I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment. Long story short it was not a back flow preventer problem. Thankful for Andrew asking some questions it turned out to be our water softener was the problem. Water softener was old and needed to be replaced. It was expensive to replace but it needed to be done. Dakota put in the water softener, great job. They also left several large roots laying around that they had dug up. I've been trying to clean up the mess myself so I can reseed, but that's not easy when you are a little old lady like me. At the end, they changed what they said, and said they actually couldn't do that. I had to hire an entirely different plumbing company to come and complete the job properly. I am out thousands now due to this company not being upfront. One of the areas they "fixed" is actually still leaking gas. I would NOT trust this company with anything. They will 100% take your money knowing they are unable to take care of the repairs needed to properly complete the job. ​
