Finally found Tow Tator ! After sitting long the interstate for 4 hours they showed up. We should have called them first. It took some maneuvering because there was no front wheel and the right wheel had broken off, but they were able to get the trailer up on their truck and deliverer to the repair place , They knew what they were doing. Because the right wheel was gone and we were on the shoulder the trailer was tilting severely and could have gone all the way over. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guys. But, I hope I don't need them again. Now I need to get reimbursed from AAA, who were NOT much help.

Two years ago, I had a GE roof air conditioner go out in June on my 2021 Heartland Mallard M312 at…read morethe RV Splash pad in Milton, FL. I phoned NWF Mobile RV and they were prompt in providing a next day appointment. Showed up on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed my unit and determined that it needed replacement. I thought that since it had been over a year since I purchased my RV it was going to be out of warranty. He did the leg work and found that GE has a 2-year warranty on their units. Great news. He proceeded to do the claim for me. GE then required a more in-depth diagnosis. Which would have been another service call and more money. He said if I could bring him the unit, he wouldn't charge me another diagnostic fee/service call fee. Can't argue with that. He quickly completed the additional diagnostic and accompanying paperwork, and I was on my way. I was told that we would have to wait for GE to approve the claim and drop ship the new unit. I received a text within 2 days and was told it was approved and had to wait for the unit. The unit arrived in a couple of days. He had me drop my RV off at his shop so he could do the replacement. I received a text message later the same day and was told that my RV was ready and I could pick up my unit the next day. This process took less than a week. Which is crazy fast. When I first got my RV, the fridge didn't work (brand new RV first owner of it), and it took a YEAR to get a replacement under warranty from Camping World. Needless to say, I was very happy. Fast forward 2 years and the same thing just happened again. AC stopped working. I messaged over a few days and was initially told that he was booked up (understandable) but he would try his best to get me taken care of next week. Well, he rearranged his schedule and met me outside of his service area to check it out. Did some initial diagnosing and found that the unit did not have power going to it. We had checked the breakers, they seemed good, and I tested the capacitor for the AC on the roof which tested fine. After further investigation it was determined that the breaker was tripped. He said he had to turn the breaker off and press down hard on it, then he flipped it back to the on position. AC came back to life. This really came in clutch. We are living in our RV right now and my girl is 9 months pregnant and understandably miserable. We had to go to Walmart and grab a 10K BTU portable AC unit (pain in the butt to use/maintain) only for it to not be able to keep up making life not so bearable. I can't thank him enough for making us a priority and getting to us very quickly and getting our AC back up and running again. On top of that I was only charged $150. Will not hesitate to use again. He suggested to replace the breaker for the AC which will not cost a lot and is easy to do. He also looked at my roof and suggested that I reseal around everything. Even gave me the name of the material I should be using to do it. He said I would be able to do it myself to save a bit of money and told me how to do it. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Those kinds of things mean a lot. He went above and beyond

Called NWF Mobile RV and they arrived 1.5 hours later and found the leak and did a temporary repair as needed to order parts. I mentioned that our refrigerator wasn't running which he fixed in a minute (found reset pushbutton). When we left the resort, I dropped off our RV at their service area and permanent shower repairs were made. Since the wheel bearings were due for a grease job soon had Eddie do that as well. True to his word Rob called after normal hours informing me it had just arrived and been unloaded and I was welcome to come see it anytime I wanted. Even at this stage if I wanted to walk away I could, but obviously I ordered the vehicle with the intention of taking delivery. My trade in process was made more complicated due to having two vehicles to trade, but again this process was made extremely easy with minimal haggling involved due to the process being fair and well explained, once the deal was signed with Jason, including going above and beyond to ensure I qualified for an incentive deal to discount the truck further, Rob took time to go over the vehicle and make sure everything was set up correctly and any questions I had were answered fully. This sort of service is exactly why I will purchase from a family run business rather than some huge national chain, as they genuinely care about the customer and the service they receive. A full tank of fuel, a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty and my free oil change to look forward to, I was on my way home in the truck I had built exactly the way I wanted, no drama no stress at the experience, just a professional transaction from start to finish.
