Two years ago, I had a GE roof air conditioner go out in June on my 2021 Heartland Mallard M312 at the RV Splash pad in Milton, FL. I phoned NWF Mobile RV and they were prompt in providing a next day appointment. Showed up on time and was very friendly. He diagnosed my unit and determined that it needed replacement. I thought that since it had been over a year since I purchased my RV it was going to be out of warranty. He did the leg work and found that GE has a 2-year warranty on their units. Great news. He proceeded to do the claim for me. GE then required a more in-depth diagnosis. Which would have been another service call and more money. He said if I could bring him the unit, he wouldn't charge me another diagnostic fee/service call fee. Can't argue with that. He quickly completed the additional diagnostic and accompanying paperwork, and I was on my way. I was told that we would have to wait for GE to approve the claim and drop ship the new unit. I received a text within 2 days and was told it was approved and had to wait for the unit. The unit arrived in a couple of days. He had me drop my RV off at his shop so he could do the replacement. I received a text message later the same day and was told that my RV was ready and I could pick up my unit the next day. This process took less than a week. Which is crazy fast. When I first got my RV, the fridge didn't work (brand new RV first owner of it), and it took a YEAR to get a replacement under warranty from Camping World. Needless to say, I was very happy. Fast forward 2 years and the same thing just happened again. AC stopped working. I messaged over a few days and was initially told that he was booked up (understandable) but he would try his best to get me taken care of next week. Well, he rearranged his schedule and met me outside of his service area to check it out. Did some initial diagnosing and found that the unit did not have power going to it. We had checked the breakers, they seemed good, and I tested the capacitor for the AC on the roof which tested fine. After further investigation it was determined that the breaker was tripped. He said he had to turn the breaker off and press down hard on it, then he flipped it back to the on position. AC came back to life. This really came in clutch. We are living in our RV right now and my girl is 9 months pregnant and understandably miserable. We had to go to Walmart and grab a 10K BTU portable AC unit (pain in the butt to use/maintain) only for it to not be able to keep up making life not so bearable. I can't thank him enough for making us a priority and getting to us very quickly and getting our AC back up and running again. On top of that I was only charged $150. Will not hesitate to use again. He suggested to replace the breaker for the AC which will not cost a lot and is easy to do. He also looked at my roof and suggested that I reseal around everything. Even gave me the name of the material I should be using to do it. He said I would be able to do it myself to save a bit of money and told me how to do it. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Great service and extremely knowledgeable RV Technician. We were staying at the Splash RV Resort nearby and shower had a water leak. Called NWF Mobile RV and they arrived 1.5 hours later and found the leak and did a temporary repair as needed to order parts. I mentioned that our refrigerator wasn't running which he fixed in a minute (found reset pushbutton). When we left the resort, I dropped off our RV at their service area and permanent shower repairs were made. Since the wheel bearings were due for a grease job soon had Eddie do that as well. I had a Leak of a bathroom faucet line in our fifth wheel trailer. The service was fast friendly and a great value. Highly recommend!

Eddie did a fantastic job, and he made a special trip to complete our Jack replacement when we requested service before we had to leave on vacation. The worst service I have ever received on anything! Paid this guy over $300 bucks for him to decide that he had no idea what was wrong or how to fix the problem. Every time he came out it seemed that it was a major hassle for him. He constantly left the battery selector switch in the on position, the unit plugged in when it was an electrical issue, he didn't even button things up when he left. Thankfully we didn't have any small children or pets going in and out as the fuse panel with exposed wires were just left lying on the floor. He said he had it all figured out and then left a note saying we needed to take the unit into a certified dealer!! He claimed to have 5 hours invested in his obvious "learning experience" and we are out $300 for that very experience. I had my mother hire this guy to help with her camper ac where she lives and it is now more than apparent that she was taken advantage of... the last time we had to replace the unit we had so much details and options and with this guy it was nothing but the run around! Unfortunately the former guy was not available which is why we got stuck with this guy! After much research and a few opinions later We discovered He installed a unit that was not the same, up charged her 100% to install (price gouging), and then left without it still not working! Claimed there was other things needing to get replaced asked if he could do it and he said sure until the next day when he decided it wasn't his issue anymore! So over couple grand later after being charged wayyyyyy more than she should have been, wrong unit, and still no ac is what got accomplished with this guy!! DO NOT USE not sure why there are such great reviews and he decided to take advantage of my mom but it's disgusting and pathetic to take advantage of some one that is on disability and he clearly knew it! Edit to add after his ridiculous response to my review 2600 dollars later and still ac was not working so whatever he/ you are saying is irrelevant and has nothing to do with the fact you took advantage of someone's situation AND still left took the money without it working the way it should! Funny build a new RV you say if there was more to it then you should have been HONEST instead of taking the money weirdo!
