Austin responded to my call for help within an hour and he tentatively suggested it might be a spark plug or coil and that he could come to my location around 5PM the same day and take a look. I was frankly skeptical because all the videos I watched detailed an elaborate process to removing all the stuff on top of the engine before you can even get to the coils/plugs. Much to my surprise he was able to gain access by just removing the engine cover. So he evaluated the problem, went and bought the parts and installed them, all in just a couple of hours. I was amazed. Austin was professional, confident and thoughtful. I would recommend him without hesitation. Even though the car has not had the P0306 DTC or the Check Engine Light reappear so far over a few cold starts I realize that the problem may not be fixed. I understood that this was just the most likely cause of the problem and that's not Austin's fault. He did what I asked him to do and I couldn't be more satisfied.

The employee said that being you're a disabled veteran and not going to be inside the store long that it is ok for no longer than 30 minutes at the most! My wife had to go get an electric cart for me to ride through the store. I bought tea and toilet paper. I was out in 15 minutes. The parking lot cop had called for my truck to be towed. After explaining to him that I was told by the employee that I could park there everything was settled and I was getting ready to back out of the parking area. He drove his tow truck and blocked me in from behind. He then began to shake his finger at me and yelling that I wasn't supposed to park there. He kept me and my wife from backing out so we pulled out and left. This guy was the nastiest person rude and and a plain and simple. I would NEVER USE THIS PANHANDLE TOWING AND RECOVERY!
