They covered everything we were looking for, and as far venue and catering go, I thought it would be a lot more. We did a cash bar, but pop and beer was free. The only downsides were that, we didn't have a DJ, so we were going to just run their sound system off of our phones, but that didn't work out. We ended up using a couple of JBL speakers to run the music for the night. That and I wish the good stayed out for longer. After doing our rounds as the bride and groom, they had already packed up the food. We only got one plate. Overall, a wonderful experience. These guys know what they're doing.

When we got to hers, our minds were quickly made up - her work was everything we were looking for. The booking process was super smooth; we got to chat with her via Skype (as we were out of state) and work through all the little details. She really listened to what we were hoping to get out of the experience and worked with us to create a plan that fit us. We checked in with her in person a few days before the wedding to make sure all the details were set, timings were correct and to go over paper choices. I love speaking with Amanda because she is so professional and obviously a top notch photographer - but talking with her just puts you at ease. She is so warm and friendly, it makes the whole process so totally comfortable. The photos of the wedding itself were incredible. Amanda and her assistant captured all of the standard wedding shots, but all of them are distinctly done with the lightness and ethereal quality I was so hoping would be present. Amanda really did an absolutely stellar job and we could not have been more pleased with the whole experience. I am STILL getting people commenting on our wedding photos and wanting to know about our photographer. (Going on 2 months later!!) I contacted them because of good reviews and an appealing website. I told them right at the beginning that it was for 40 people and I wanted desserts only. They sent me a price sheet (listing multiple items sold by the dozen). I called with a few more logistic questions and the rep told me "we don't sell just a (a = one in my world) dozen of anything," so when I sent in my order I ordered two dozen of multiple items. She never said I could only order ONE item for that small of a group. I got an email back saying "Thank you so much for your time, but I don't think that we will be able to accommodate this." More than a week has gone by since initial contact and now I'm back to square one to find a caterer in Toledo who can provide excellent desserts. Their food might be great - I can't attest to that. But word-of-mouth is a caterer's livelihood, and I simply cannot sit back and not make others aware of poor customer service.
